Ingredients: 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup caster sugar 1 cup milk (liquid) 1 cup self-raising flour Sprinkle icing sugar for serving Methods: 1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking tin with melted butter or margarine. 2) In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well combined. Ensure that there are no lumps. 3) Transfer into the greased cake tin. Give a shake to level the mixture and bake for 40 minutes until golden brown. 4) Cool completely and sprinkle icing sugar. *Serve with tea or for dessert.
